Enduring Power of Attorney

We at Roisin O’Connell Solicitors Limerick recommend that at the time you make a Will you should also consider making an enduring power of attorney.

This document allows you appoint one or more persons to look after your affairs in the event that you become mentally incapacitated at some stage in the future. Without this document in place, an expensive application to the High Court to be made a Ward of Court would need to be made and it avoids this process having to be made.
